Good.. errr.. a.m.
I noticed that there is an ad on the sidebar of my blog layout.
Ok. I'm exaggerating there ;)
It is MilkADeal. The ad was on my blog for weeks but I never paid much attention for I took it as some ad about promoting milky life or a cafe that specialized making or baking anything originated from milk that is ideal (because milkaDEAL sounds like milk IDEAL??? Whatever...)
And when I was blog hopping, I came across Hanis Zalikha's blog that talk about one of the promotion? So, I did some research. (mode : Tak puas hati sebab tak faham konsep susu adeal ni)
After so many clicking here and there and squinting my tired eyes trying to understand the whole picture only came the 'ahaaa' moment.
Owh.. MilkADeal has no whatsoever connection with a cafe let alone a herd of cows. Pfttt.. Boo to you plaaaain Jane!
So, What is THE MilkADeal then?
From my research (miahahahaha), MilkADeal (MAD) is a team that function like a 'middle-man' between the buyer and the participating company. The good thing is, we get better deal buying via MAD since the deal is really a good deal.
How it works?
From what I understand, It works like this.
Just go to their website and look for the deal that you are interested in and buy the deal before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people sign up (buying the deal ? err.. not really buying because the dont deduct the amount from your account yet) is achieved, automatically the deal is on and only after the deal is on your credit card is charged. They will sent you the voucher via email and all you have to do is print them and present the voucher upon picking the product.
In the case of not achieving the minimum number required, the deal is automatically off and your credit card wont be charged. That means no deal. Nada.
So, the key is to make sure a number or people sign up so that they can make the deal 'on'. To make sure you can get the deal, make it in group ;)
Well, there are few things I'm not clear about.
1. What is meant by the deal is off? Does it mean we cannot buy anything or they will automatically charge with the normal price which is not likely.. Emmm..
2. What is the minimum number of people required? Is there fixed number for all deals or is it depends on the deal individually?
3. How do they hold payment if the customer is paying via debit account?
But don't worry because I've already sent an email to the team. Hahaha.
Oh Well, I need to feed my curiosity.. Theeee.. Meowwww..
Hurm.. Why do I'm giving a MilkADeal tutorial here? I'm not paid for this..
"Oh well. Sharing is caring, right?"Right.
"Or maybe it's my nature."
Nature? Which one? Sharing nature? Being a caring person? Or.. naturally a tutorial giver???
Ok Jane. Off to bed. It's 2 a.m.
