I'm not a health freak. *maybe not after very recently* But when I want to be one, I do it the right way.
Yes! The RIGHT WAY TO BE A FREAK. Hahahaha.
There is always a time when we sit down and try to make a decision to choose between two or three or four or more things. Why bother thinking if sometimes we don't even know what we are looking for? Correct?
Same goes with choosing the right brand for supplement and vitamins. What we choose depends on our knowledge about the matters and often times we skip the critical thinking process or don't even bother to do few clicks and flips here and there just to gather few information about matters that we want to decide.
But amazingly, when we fall sick, we ask everyone and anyone which hospital or clinic has the best doctor. Isn't it true? Especially for our beloved ones like our children.
What are the basic questions to ask ourselves before choosing a specific brand? For me personally, if I want to choose between various brands of supplement, these are the two main points to be clear about.
Only TWO basic questions.
1. Is is HALAL?
2. Is it safe?
A : Yes, it is. SHAKLEE is proven HALAL by Islamic SA that is acknowledged by JAKIM.
Since I am Muslim, the Halal status of everything is a big issue. Lucky for us today because information is just a click away.
